TK Dodge adds a working dodge roll that can be a little fun to play around with.A quality world map is a great map mod that heavily improves Skyrim's default map.Auto unequip ammo is a huge QoL change that you'd really want.SkyUI is also necessary if you want to do a lot of modding since it has the MCM (Mod configuration menu) which a lot of mods require.
I'm not very knowledgeable of SE mods, but these are the ones I can't live without in LE: This is probably going to be a little long but there's a lot of mods I consider essential.
